Installation guide
Getting started with Drift chat is easy:
- Sign up or log in to your Drift account
- Click on your profile icon and select Settings
- In the left navigation bar, click on Drift Widget under the “App Settings” section
- Click on Install and Select JavaScript
- Copy your Drift ID from the last line of the code snippet. For example, if the last line is drift.load(‘y8pvgfy768wd’), then your Drift ID is y8pvgfy768wd
- Install the Drift plugin on Dukaan
- Click on Settings and paste your Drift ID in the form input
- Save your changes and the Drift widget will now be visible on your storefront.
