To get started with tawk.to, follow these easy steps:

  • Create or log in to your tawk.to account
  • Create a property and widget for your online store
  • Click on the settings icon at the bottom left of the page
  • Go to the Chat Widget section in the left sidebar under the Channels heading
  • From this page, find the Direct Chat Link section and copy the <PROPERTY_ID>/<WIDGET_ID> part from the link
  • Paste the code in the Dukaan plugin’s settings page, and the chat widget will be visible on your site.
