- Create a property and widget for your online store
- Click on the settings icon at the bottom left of the page
- Go to the Chat Widget section in the left sidebar under the Channels heading
- From this page, find the Direct Chat Link section and copy the <PROPERTY_ID>/<WIDGET_ID> part from the link
- Paste the code in the Dukaan plugin’s settings page, and the chat widget will be visible on your site.
