Installation guide

Getting started with Drift chat is easy:

  1. Sign up or log in to your Drift account
  2. Click on your profile icon and select Settings
  3. In the left navigation bar, click on Drift Widget under the “App Settings” section
  4. Click on Install and Select JavaScript
  5. Copy your Drift ID from the last line of the code snippet. For example, if the last line is drift.load(‘y8pvgfy768wd’), then your Drift ID is y8pvgfy768wd
  6. Install the Drift plugin on Dukaan
  7. Click on Settings and paste your Drift ID in the form input
  8. Save your changes and the Drift widget will now be visible on your storefront.
